Fall Happenings and Halloween activities in Statesville NC 2011

I hope you all had a wonderful summer and have settled into the cooler fall season.  Kids are back to school, the mornings are getting colder and the leaves are starting to change.  It won’t be long before we turn the clocks back (November 6) and dig out our winter gear.  Fall is always a busy time around Iredell County and there are some big events coming up that I wanted to remind you of. They are fun for all and a good time to get out into your community.

Tons of fun for the family.  I took my granddaughter last year and it was fabulous.  That’s her with Grampie.

Crossroads PumpkinFest: Downtown Statesville November 5, 2011 from 10-5. Meet area businesses, eat lots of great food, rides for the kids, live entertainment, local crafts and lots more.  Come on out and stop by our booth!  I would love to meet you.

2011 Annual Business Expo: The Annual Mooresville-South Iredell Chamber of Commerce BUSINESS EXPO will be held on Thursday October 6th at the Charles Mack Citizen Center, 215 N. Main Street, downtown Mooresville from 9am-5pm.  The Business Expo will feature close to 100 boths.  The purpose of the show is for local businesses to have an opportunity to demonstrate their products and meet one on one with potential customers.

Well….It looks like there is no reason to be bored this fall.  Tons to do for everyone.  Get out with your family and have a ball!  I am headed to the Disney on Ice in Charlotte with my little princess in October and hope to see you at some of the events just mentioned.  Look for me!
