That is a tough question to ask and the answer is changing daily.  This has been a very tough market for sellers but the good news is, the market is improving.  Every day we are seeing signs that the market is trying to recover.  Inventories are getting smaller, price drops have slowed and foreclosure activity has slowed- all good signs for sellers.  We are far from a market recovery, but we are on the right track.
